In the same vein, an unclosed quoted string will also produce no error. The specific case I ran into was a quoted string that was closed, but lacked a semicolon after it. No error was generated and the file's contents were not available at runtime.

This keybind makes a plane go faster, but also makes a helicopter nose-down, in addition to whatever key is bound to nose-down in helicopter menu. Also, It overrides and ignores whatever helicopter action is assigned the same key/control.

Hey, so I tested it more, and I think the specific problem is that the hit box for the sling component is too big. Any type of rushed landing where the aircraft's attitude is nose high will damage the sling (despite the tail clearing the ground), and in turn, the whole aircraft. I have recordings of this happening on landings that are completely safe for other aircraft and the Taru's tail is not touching the ground, but the sling still gets damaged. If you land very slowly and soft, the sling doesn't get damaged because the speed is low enough to not damage any part of the aircraft (like bumping into a building at <5kmph). It makes flying the Taru in combat situations unnecessarily difficult. Once again, if there is a way to share the videos I have recorded, let me know and I will be more than happy to send them. You know what? This has been going on since back in June. I've got other games to play that don't wreck my ear drums. I'll reinstall when I hear that this issue has been fixed. This game is actually pretty amazing, but I'm not dealing with this.

I noticed if you create a server using SteamCMD the duplication not happens, but i still have crash o when zooning on the map. I'm using BRPVP mission (www.brpvp.com.br).
Addendum: Issue also occurs at main menu.
Also BIOS, drivers, up to date.

Before the patch with the new scheme for loading LODs, there was an acceptable FPS and correct loading of LODs in optics. After all, you can make a choice of options: the option before the patch and the option after the patch. It would be just fine, because in the current form, optics on islands with dense forests are useless, and the situation when people are visible without optics, but you cannot clarify their belonging to any fraction due to 2D sprites is simply absurd and irritating.

This is because of engine limitations. It could be fixed, but then your FPS would tank down and you wouldn't be able to play.

Also now another problem appears.. whenever i try to join ANY server it tells me that my addons.pbo something keys are uncertified.....

Have you tried running the game as administrator? The Requires elevation status is a symptom of the increased security measures that have been implemented in Windows.
I can see that you are launching the game with mods. Have you tried launching the game without mods being enabled?

Any idea on the issue? I've uninstalled and reinstalled Arma 3, along with BattlEye, and the DEV ribbon still remains. I still cannot play the game...

is rly needed and it would finally solve the "Not spinning Wheel" issue when using Unitplay/UnitCapture on Land-Vehicles
cause i noticed that the main problem which was causing the wheels NOT to spin is that AI is constantly pushing the Brakes.
i managed to get the Vehicle Wheels spin when using Unitplay/UnitCapture but only after changing these settings in the Vehicles Config.cpp
So what can we do to protect server from this?
Using https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/CfgDisabledCommands will make flares, smoke, flash not working
I first noticed the problem on vidda, but I also experienced it on Tanoa. Also, I realized I was mistaken somewhat. The damage really happens when there is a sideways component to your lateral motion on touchdown (either left or right at about 5-10 kph). Sorry about that. Would me being able to make and submit a video of it be more helpful?
