In the menu of control of airplane there is a function - Fast forward.
In the Russian menu function is called - Full draft.
In a game function Full draft carries out lowering of a nose of the plane, repeats function - Nose down.
What is it?:

tooltip for both is the same afair, so most likely it the same function and was left over from a legacy version...

Why do we need two identical functions with different names?

This keybind makes a plane go faster, but also makes a helicopter nose-down, in addition to whatever key is bound to nose-down in helicopter menu. Also, It overrides and ignores whatever helicopter action is assigned the same key/control.
