Description

Map icons for trees, bushes and rocks are duplicated. Trees (and bushes) appear as black or dark gray colored, they also disappear in the upper part of the map view (see the video below).

Many people do not have this issue which would suggest its something on my system, I get this on two different computers. Issue is not resolved by reinstalling arma3 and deleting all bohemia user etc settings directories found on on C: and launching arma3 without any addons or even existing profiles directory (steam -> arma3 -> play game -> a3 launcher -> PLAY).

Steps To Reproduce

In altis or any other terrain type M to open map view

Zoom in close to the map where you see individual rock/tree/bush object icons.

Additional Information

This started early 2018 but cant remember when exactly, perhaps january february something like this.

Also the game crash sometimes when i firstly zoom in the map.

Does this happen only on modded maps?

My demo video is from custom terrain, but the Map-Icons-Duplicated-Bug.png is from altis and as I thoroughly explained that I launched arma3 without addons or even profiles directory and the same duping happens.

I noticed if you create a server using SteamCMD the duplication not happens, but i still have crash o when zooning on the map. I'm using BRPVP mission (www.brpvp.com.br).

This is hard to pinpoint since we can't recreate this issue on our machines.
