the game keeps crashing on me with the 0xC0000005 - ACCESS_VIOLATION - crash code,

. It is always within 15 minutes of playing King of the Hill. I have no mods loaded, and have tried reinstalling arma 3 twice, but I get the same results. I've tried deleting Arma 3 profile, defraging PC, verifying game cache, updating GPU drivers, reinstalling direct X.

please could someone help ?

Hello.

Thank you for the report. From the dumps it seems that the game has a problem with XAudio2.

Have you tried to

  • Uninstall the Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable package (both x86 and x64 version), restart your computer and install the package again (do not use the Repair function).
  • Run a Windows System File Check tool to repair corrupted system files.
