Load only the mods you actually need for the mission first. And do that always, starting game with 123s mods because you want to play two or three missions without having to restart the game is asking for such issues.
Its generally key combo's.
If you press a combo with modded keybindings, the game blocks the main key, so CTRL+W, SHIFT+W, ALT+W , while held, will block all actions that only have W key assigned.
Aha! Can repro if I set it to SHIFT+W, but not if I make it just shift or just W
I'm wondering if this really still exists. I cannot reproduce.

I also have this issue, as do many people in the official Arma3 Discord. While my launcher recognizes old mods it does not recognize new ones.

See the error message that you got before the game crashed. That says what's actually wrong

What do you mean by placing a composition after playing? You mean placing it in Zeus? Custom camo not working when the composition is placed via Zeus?
Edit: Okey I got it now, when starting mission it reverts to default texture, I couldn't repro when I last tried.
And I don't know what you mean by compositions.

Can you explain better what to do?
I can place hurons and set them to their opposite color.
I can also copy-paste them and they keep the color I set. I can also save them as a composition and place them, and they still have the color that I set.

Have you tried verifying your files through steam or reinstalling Arma 3?
What you are suggesting is rewriting half the engine, it is not doable

The idea is not to change vehicle precision itself. the idea is to make it changeable if the value is taken into account for path planning at all. The default would be "yes". If those buildings are not added to slow vehicles by the engine, then they wont return, use nearestTerrainObjects for those
