Load only the mods you actually need for the mission first. And do that always, starting game with 123s mods because you want to play two or three missions without having to restart the game is asking for such issues.

If your game crashes with required mods only, it means either your PC is incapable of managing them or one of them is broken. Open game without mods and wait until it crashes, if it doesn't, it's an issue with a mod (or a compatibility between bunch of them) and you can't do anything about that.
