Steps To Reproduce

Place any east group on the map (tested at Stratis' airfield)
Add MOVE waypoints for group
Add "systemChat "MOVE x"" to each of the waypoints' OnActivation field (x is the number of the waypoint)
Modify last WP to be CYCLE
Modify CYCLE's WP OnActivation field to "systemChat "CYCLE""
Run scenario, switch to Spectator mode and check that group moves through WPs
See that systemChat messages are "MOVE x" only but never "CYCLE"
