It is possible that your internet spikes over these 300 ms for certain moments. Do you experience this on all the servers that are close to you? Also, have you tried to do a traceroute towards one of the servers where you get the kicks?

Do you have an option to try the game on a different network? Also, have you tried to do a traceroute towards one of the servers? And are you using any sort of VPN (If so, try to disable it)?
Also, are you using wired on wi-fi connection?

The characters displayed in menu are tied to specific servers - you can not have multiple characters on a server that uses the same database.
Usually, in community servers you have a character per each server as each of the community servers has a specific database.
When it comes to official servers, there are two types of servers - third person view and first person view only.
When you join any third person view official server, you will always have the same character. The same goes for the first person view servers.

Have you tried turning off Steam Cloud when performing the above things?

I have the same problem in ps4 pro. I have used many different controllers. 2 purchased brand new and within 2 weeks the camera moves dramatic amounts with only barely touching the stick. Maybe a simple dead zone would help. I also have a few friends that have to deal with it...

This is still a major issue in 1.15. Most if not all firearms sit too close to the player character's shoulder and are oriented straight forward, making them clip into the body, with parts even protruding through the character's chest. Some are worse than others, below a screenshot of the recently added Aug. Honestly this looks really bad, it should be a priority to make an effort to tweak every weapon individually if possible.

Updated the original post with additional doors/gates that can cause issues.

It is probably difficult to perform, but it can be solved by the sound of a grenade fuse. When the clip on the grenade is released, it emits a characteristic pop / explosion.
