Works great (if you reassign the keys AFTER you have started the vehicle), until, you exit the vehicle and get back in. You can no longer start the vehicle because Gear Up and Start Engine share the same key and Gear Up takes priority.
This happens no mater whether I assign the mouse buttons to primary or secondary option.
