Door opening prompt on some doors is hard to access, first 2 screenshots are gas station doors.
Prompt only shows when you are looking at the handle, not anywhere else.
EDIT: Long military barracks also have an issue, glass part doesn't have the "F to open".
EDIT2: Top part of this fence gate doesn't have "F to open" prompt.
@Geez i can confirm it, it's because this fuel station door have very small active area for open/close.
Updated the original post with additional doors/gates that can cause issues.

These doors have annoyed me since I've started. I avoid the front door of gas stations because 98% of the time I can't get it open.
The military door has got me killed more times than I'd like... usually to a hoard rushing me while I'm scrambling to type in the hidden keypad to unlock the secrets to the unknown..
