Thank you for posting this issue again, hope this gets sorted out soon.
This limits gun variety by making them all fire at same RPMs and negatively affects balance (guns firing slower than expected).

It's working as intended from what I know.
It's "cooking" the grenades, games usually implement this by starting the timer as soon as the player hits "grenade throw button".
In DayZ you have to drop an unpinned grenade on the ground and then pick it back up.

Yeah, this is the exact same issue, thank you for posting the video.
It doesn't LOOK too bad, but it hurts gameplay. Looks even more wonky with ironsights because they get actually misaligned like the uneven black area of the PU scope.

Please fix this. Fire rate working properly on weapons is of utmost importance for variety and especially modded guns.
If every gun shoots at the same RPM, there is no variety and no unique feeling to any gun.

It appears that there is a bug with the window and the WaitPreloadCamLoginState is related to kick from another session. Therefore this means there is still possibly an issue with the network. (What I have said in my previous comment is invalid)

Thank you for your report, but this is fine and does not need to be fixed. The original English says "Loading in x seconds". The table does not say "Starting in x seconds", but informing the player the loading itself will start in x seconds - loading, not yet the start. So this is fine.

Hello again.
The waitPreloadCamLoginState message suggests, that your computer has an issue loading the surroundings in game on time.
If this occurs on a private server that has a lot of modded assets in your vicinity / large base, then moving the character to a less busy area or having someone with more powerful hardware load in the character and move it could resolve this.

Vehicles are too buggy to use. Spend 3 days surviving to get a car fixed, then die 2 minutes later because it sends the car into the sky 500m up till you land and die. Or it runs you over while it sits there with no tires on it. Search youtube its everyone.

This is why you’d want them to be a little more transparent about what is going on behind the scenes, csokepedro. They don’t have to tell us everything, but they could be less opaque about what is wrong / what they’re doing to fix it.
