Hard to pinpoint out. Seem this garden plot problems are common on modded servers. Its also howering (like in previous patches).

Is 1.13 experimental on PS4?
Cant reproduce now in 1.13 exp. But there is no entry in the changelog. Does this mean it is still reproducable in 1.13? @Geez

While Plate Carrier balancing is a hot topic right know for 1.13. Is this part of intensional "blancing" or a bug?

As mentioned before, even metal fences got destroyed the same way. Frame destroying also destroys the metal outside.

Yeah, tested it yesterday on serveral doors on this server. Some doors (without context between them other than that they are doors) are still bugged till now. Some doors was never bugged.

Was able to recreate on an Exp server.
Locked up the doors with a lockpick yesterday. It is not possible for me to open them today.
To make raiding fences more plausible: The inner wodden frame should be undestructable till the wood or metal front is destroyed.
All sorts of explosions should be heard as least as far as the .308
Server restarted in between? Can other players unlock the door?

I think an "access Backpack"-animation would do the trick. Slightly slower than access to other clothes and shoulder slots.

Had same since exp 1.12 patch 4.
Tryed relog and a new character.
Played on uk 03 official exp.

I was interpreting the change log: Any rubber slug would knock out, too.
I had one encounter in the 2. exp patch 1.12. I was hitting a guy 2 times with rubber slugs about 3 feet away.
