When being shot at by rifles - not sure which ones - there is no normal audio shot sounds or bullet impact but instead the shots sound like they are suppressed so you have no idea that you are being shot at. Also, when I cleaned my FX pistol the gun cleaning animation and sounds did not work.

Is it possible you were being shot at by something subsonic? Like a VSS/ASVAL?
If so, that’s intended, there are no “Snap” sounds with those rifles, as their bullets are subsonic (they don’t move so fast that they break the sound barrier)
I also filled out a ticket a couple days back about the gun cleaning kit issue. The animation only plays when you’re physically holding the gun cleaning kit item, not if you drag the kit from your inventory to a gun in your hand, hopefully that gets resolved auick!
