Yesterday NL 3664728 was down for me, it couldn't connect to 4 IPs and some of them were 200+ ping for no reason. VPN somehow did help with that.
NL 3664734 works properly since it can connect to all the IPs listed there now.
walls have no collision at the moment, most of them at least. It's a known issue.
This is a change in the patch 1.10 and is intentional, before this patch hunger and thirst did not display the correct amount of energy stored in the character. That's why you could still eat more even with food indicator at full. Now it displays a more precise level of food or water in your body. They changed the energy values of most of cans, vegetables and fruits as well.

The Namalsk related issues should not be reported to the feedback tracker as it is not official content. According to sumrak he is aware of this but its not necessarily an issue that needs to be fixed soon.

Latest Experimental looks like it did the trick. That's a huge relief. It allowed me to add the three mods back in that I previously had to deactivate, plus some more.
Playing on DayZ NL 3664728 now, everything seems to be working fine for now.
Currently tried to traceroute three following servers:
DayZ NL 3664734
DayZ NL 3664728
DayZ EU - DE 1291

I did get that #InitGlobals error around mod 73.. However my stack trace was through a different mod (Coca's No Vehicle Damage Expansion).
I removed the most recently added mod (Metallurgy&Forging), and was able to add an additional 12 mods, bringing my total up to 85 (from 33 in stable)!
I did have a couple mods that would cause the server to crash at server.core.xml, instead of freeze.
So I removed those mods and kept adding others that would not cause a crash.
I still have this audio glitch when weather becomes stormy on Livonia, Chernorus, e.t.c

So far can't cause the freeze but a new error has occurred once I got to this point of mods specifically after adding VPPAdminTools

Great news! I was able to add multiple mods back to my list without getting experimental to freeze!
I'm only able to run 33 mods on stable, Im now up to 84 mods on experimental and it hasn't froze yet! :)
Just tested with @DafixCz's mod list. Again, in Stable, hard freezes on "server core", in the new Experimental patch, it goes past that stage.
Used the following mods directly from the '!Workshop' directory.

After a week of playing i can say it is so much better indeed. Most of the time you have no problems but when it comes to pvp combat ocassionaly, you are doomed, unless target is standing still you are not going to hit it by intent, you are going to hit by lucky roll or not going to hit at all. I would love to see some further optimizaton.

Servers are spawning in the uncovered M3S, which does not work. The covered ones work.

Lags on full populated official EU servers are still here.
I find there to be generally less lag and rubber banding but this hot fix seems to have created more desync glitches, especially with knives, after interacting with dead bodies and after getting cut with barbed wire

Yeah, counting items in player containers (crates,barrels) also pisses me off. Like i can gather 10 AK's on different servers, bring all of them to one, and just paralyze AK spawning there. Sounds ridiculous. There should be mechanic like gradual deterioration of weapons when they are stashed. Like losing on level of durability per day. Then people will be obliged to repair it, and then will repair only weapon that they really use, and not just store bunch of guns somewhere, preventing them from spawn.

Thanks for the info. I would be cool with 60 kmh that is better than the 45 we have at the moment. So room for a tweek.
but on the other hand limits the maximum speed (60 km/h).
