Steps To Reproduce
Aim at and only attack the bottom level of a fence.
Additional Information
I build a base and somebody was able to destroy the bottom part of my fence and crawl through. It doesn’t make sense allow somebody to pick the bottom part of a fence to break and the. Just crawl through. It makes fences and bases pretty useless if it only takes 4 axes to break through
