I had an M3S with pristine tyres. And there must be something wrong with the config for the gearing, because it's max speed in 1st gear, on a flat road, was 5kmh !! Even downhill in 4th gear I could only reach 42kmh.
At least they are enterable on Namalsk, unlike the uncovered versions that spawn on Chernarus.
