This has been an ongoing bug for some time. All vehicles experience at some point an extreme bouncing around. This should have been sorted some time ago, but seems to be low down the priority list. I have an M3S that is experiencing this about every 30 seconds. You can imagine how frustrating this is even more so as it is a bug that I'm aware of and has been in the game for a very long time now.
