Have you tried launching the game with Dev branch selected? There was an issue that was similar to this, but it is a year and a half old, I'll give you the link to it, Here. Please let us know if the issue occurs in the dev branch.
Hmm, when you are hosting a server do you use default missions that come with the game or workshop missions?

Imo the loot you spawn in with is sufficient for getting you started. Loot some boats on the coast to get some soda cans and head inland. If everyone spawned with a pistol with ammo the coast would be a non stop gunfight and essentially a bullet farm.

Hello, please, try with the following, it will hold the reference to the object:
array<ref ClassType> arr = new array<ref ClassType>();
Is the code used within a single method? ct will hold the reference within the method but will be released when it leaves the method scope.
You need a flat and empty surface which rules out many forrest/rocks locations.
Additional info:
I think it is that way for muxh longer period.
Day/night indicator is not working properly in Official servers for Private shard, possibly for others as well.
It forces players to jump multiple times.
What is your PC specification?
Latest GPU driver? Which version?
What video settings in the game have you set up?

I am terribly sorry but I have wasted your time. I realized after I replied last that I forgot to give straight vanilla a try before sending in the report as it is not with the game, it was with my own mod. I have found the area that's caused the issue but haven't resolved it yet myself. You can close this report as I'm not sure how to on my end.

it may be because of that radar work from it's (geometry component's) model pos while passive radar checks visibility to the vehicle itself (/it's center/model pos 0.0.0), but i may be wrong.
No I have not experienced the problem again.
It is pretty worrying if you can't even trust the crosshair when you try to hit something that is one meter away.
