Changing a widgets parent sometimes crashes when dragging and dropping from the layouts widget list.

When trying to drag and drop a widget when editing a layout to nest it under another the program sometimes crashes. The crash happens when you release the mouse hold and the highlighted region is a line under the widget name and type. It does not crash when you release the mouse hold and the highlighted region is the name and type.
