The map and it’s size is one of the core features of the game, and is extremely unlikely to change. What they could do is give us easier ways to traverse it. Bicycles would me nice as a common item. Also, if you need ammo and a gun, head straight to a military base. You’ll soon find what you need.

The game wasn't meant to be easy that's why it's a survival game, yes the loot system could be a bit less buggy but trust me if you use the izurvive dayz app you will find military bases which also have guns I never run out of ammo for my ka-am which I find usually an hour into the game and find all the loot I need. Just always push west on train tracks

Don’t use the menu to lock it. You need to set the code in your hand, and look at the floor near the centre of the gate. An option to ‘attach’ should appear.

Keep dying of hunger ,need much more loot ,& food . map is to big cut it into a third of what it is now, not having fun !! Spending hours & hours for a gun , with no ammo , wat a joke ! U need to fix lag & make the loot like pubg loot & this game will become number 1 in the world if these issues r fixed ! If not it won't be successful like it could. Pls fix

I had to force a restart for getting stuck in the car again (another topic in the tracker) but after the second time I had to do that the performance went back up, now updating to 1809 so let's see.

Hey. I am the person who is on this video. I wanted to tell what I was doing and how this happened with the weapon.
When I played with a weapon, I immediately pressed a large number of buttons at the same time, additionally pressing SHIFT, ALT, CTRL.
When I took the CR-75 into my hands before the bug, I burned SHIFT and S (moved back). It seemed to me that the game did not have time to process my actions and executed the commands at the same time. Although I understand that this is extremely unlikely.

Update the roll back made it worst. server getting 300fps with no players. before update empty was 2000+fps with players 1400+fps, after update empty 1300fps with players 700+fps and now after rollback empty was 300fps. After looking for updates it shows the 1809 update now so I am going to install that one and see what I get and hope that that fixes it.

I have done a bit of digging to be sure nothing has been adjust in windows settings and as far as I can see it looks the same but hard to tell since there are so many services. I have not yet tried a roll back quiet yet but if a setting was changed a roll back will not change much but it is not the 1809 update that is going to be coming out here soon, so not sure what that will do.

We have tested this issue internally but unfortunately we were unable to produce the behaviour you describe. Is there something else that could be affecting the performance on your end? And have you tried to roll the update back to check if the fps will return to previous values?
