Msi Afterburner is looks like stopped by BattlEye every startup, it needs restart to use after A3 starts. Also the graphic card overclock is not supported by A3, increasing core and memory clock in graphic card(Msi RX570) on MSI Afterburner fails the A3 startup.

Arma 3 does not like overclocking as you have noticed. We actually advise players to not overclock in case of A3 because it actually does not give you any performance benefits and it actually hurts the performance more than it helps.
So just play A3 without MSI afterburner and everything should work.
