This is standard floating point issue. Scripter has to compare length of the returned vector to some threshold, for example velocity.Length() < 0.1
I'm also hoping we could see this be added officially. While it might be debatable how much "immersion" this adds to the game, I can't help but to find the added mechanical depth helps translate the difficulty firing and controlling a weapon is in a virtual space. The added benefit of a more static camera in combat is also nice for motion sickness in my opinion. It's been a loved feature for so long, and while few may use it, it doesn't feel right to be excluded from the game and feels like a step backwards without it.

I have not experienced this in the current version of the game. 1.1.0.34.

If I'm not mistaken, friendly fire notices are posted to the upper left message window on the display/screen, and on larger screens, I rarely am aware of the upper left window messages, however, most times I do take notice of friendly fire messages. From what I can recall, I received no notice of a friendly fire message, pretty sure of this.
I want the tool to track key presses, not button presses.

There should be a binding to the buttons on the keyboard, not the keys.

So I set this as custom command (similar to https://www.protondb.com/app/1874880#pjDWqulZwY)

And now game shows as launched, hangs out for ~10 seconds and exits. There is no window on the screen, so this should be a wrong executable to launch.
My helicopter had no passengers, that I knew of, except for having supplies loaded onboard. Since I usually carry or carried a radio, and players used to spawn on non-deployed radios, quite common for players to spawn around or within my vehicle without myself knowing for extended periods of time.

I have an update on a trial of mine today. Location, Arland, server empty, 15 boxes 50th shot through. HMMWV. No problems.

And I agree about taking damage of some sort if you brush up against it. Maybe no damage but you should get cuts that you have to bandage up would make more sense.

Have you used the "Check integrity of game files" option in steam game properties?
I've noticed this as well. At first I thought it was just because someone hit it, as I've accidentally drove a truck into one piece and it destroys all the wire that is connected to that piece. But recently I witnessed the wire disappear with no one else around. I've never been able to climb on top or jump over the wire though.
A valuable update. I was just on an official server again. Ran three identical tests.
Maybe an interim solution would be that when you perform the check injuries action it highlights all the body parts that you can perform actions on with an gray muted square that you aim toward to perform the next actions so it would be easier to find them.

I have not run into too many people completely tearing down recently capped bases, but obviously that's just my experience. Generally a well built defense serves the new owner as much as the old. If it's just a sandbag city then that might be different. I find bunkers and defensive positions to be a better use than 25+ sandbags. Sandbags i find more useful to plug doorways/walls, or completely shut out those long barracks that are all over Mil bases.
After patch, the game launched. Here is a new error that I got while tried to join an official server.
Has anyone had the time to look at this? I love his game and just want to stop crashing!

So, let me get this straight: you're the one complaining about how easy it is to dismantle bases, yet your brilliant solution is to introduce explosive devices to make it even simpler? Talk about contradicting yourself. Maybe instead of taking the lazy route, you could actually step up your game and learn to defend bases properly, rather than relying on gimmicky shortcuts. Just a thought

We had a guy last night spawning at bases and disassembling radios on points being attacked, before killing himself and doing the same thing at other bases. Took a few people noticing before he was finally sent back to the lobby. But not before he got in plenty of counter vote kicks and attempts to muddy the waters. Very annoying to say the least. It also begs the question why we are able to disassemble comps while under attack but yet still can't build? the way it works only benefits people trying to disrupt the game.
Reviving this as players are still very much struggling with supply cost and burden on team. With the higher player count in the latest patch and the limited amount of players even aware this tracker exists feedback here might not always be plentiful.

A little thread speaking about much of the same concerns. i know you guys are trying harder to engage the community especially on YT. Some videos or QA with the community and again some encouragement to the player base could really help.
From what I've noticed this is most commonly abused in the beginning of the match. I believe its a member of the opposite team joining with an alt account and purposefully destroying vehicles or compositions to set them back and then rejoining the other team and starts spamming the vote kicks. Most players have picked up on this and we don't vote someone out unless we have first hand knowledge of the situation. The above requests would really help with this though.
The vote kicking system is a struggle right now, this is a issue that unfortunately follows the genre. Some things that would help:
Yes these are complete shutdown freezes. Steam can't stop it for me either I have to use Task Manager. It only happens in multiplayer lobbies with people in them. If I die at one base then respawn at another I will most likely freeze. If I go from one base to another point on the map too fast I will freeze. These are the situations I can be sure of. I have verified my files twice before doing a clean install, no success. I have tried switching around my drivers, no success, and yes I use NVIDIA GeForce for them.

Are these complete shutdown freezes that force you to turn off the game or does the game unfreeze eventually? Or are they short term frezees? Does the freezing occur during specific situation? Have you tried to delete all the content related to Reforger/Uninstall the game and then try to do a clean install? Have you tried another driver version for your GPU drivers to see if it occurs on there? Are you using nvidia geforce xperience for drivers?
