If an Xbox controller or similar is used for walking around using left stick and you use a mouse to look around/aim shoot at the same time it will after a few minutes of gameplay cause an extreme FPS drop and the game seems to almost freeze every half of a second.
To me it seems the game is jumping rapidly between controller and KBM & mouse constantly when this happens. This happens with controller support both enabled and disabled through steam.

Steps To Reproduce
Load into any server, comunity/official and walk around using an Xbox controller or similar(i use the Azeron cyborg) while looking around using a mouse. It will apear fine at first with little to no visible downgrade to performance but after a few minutes of doing this you will notice the "looking around" gets more and more choppy to the point where the game will be unplayable.
Additional Information
When this happens you can stop moving your mouse while still walking with the controller and everything will be back to normal and working fine or you can continue moving your mouse but let go of the stick and everything will be fine again. Touch them both at the same time and the problem immediately reappears.
To me it seems the game is rapidly jumping between the controller and mouse input constantly thus creating a performance drop wich is understandable. What i do not understand is why this performance drop gets worse and worse as you play this way over time.
