If there is an issue with apply button being unreachable, can you try to change the display settings in the config file? DayZ.cfg wich is located in C:\Users\user_name\Documents\DayZ

Could you try another version of the driver? Also do you use any sort of external sound card? And have you tried to run sfc/scannow for any corrupted files/installations?
According to the dev team, it is normal behavior because the character is turning his head with the free camera.

We would recommend using a adapter /most of the headphones have it) to split the mic input and headphones output.
Second advice would be to disable native Realtek Audio and HD Audio devices in-case external DAC driver has issue with identifying inputs in different applications.

I also forgot to mention that if you already have heat buff and THEN you disable the HUD, this bug won't show up. and it will work as everything is find.
You first need to lose your heat buffs, then turn off the HUD and then if you try to warm up and gain some heat buffs, it will not show up in the inventory menu when HUD is disabled.

The crash dump points towards nvppex.dll file, indicating a problem with your GPU drivers. Please do a clean installation and check your OS for any corrupted installations/files. Also make sure your system is up to date.
Disabling HWAA in the game might resolve the issue but the root cause is somewhere on your system.
There is also a chance that if you are running Nvidia app instead of Ge-force experience that that is the cause of the problem.
