Issue Description:

Using 7.62x54r API ammo and 12.7x108 API-T, I tested the flammability of the american transport truck by counting how many times the fuel tank took hits before igniting. For a direct hit, both 7.62x54r and 12.7x108 took 2 rounds to ignite the fuel tank. However, when the fuel tank was covered, this amount ballooned much higher than expected. For shooting through 10mm of wood, the 12.7x108 took 9 rounds to ignite, whilst for the 7.62x54r, the fuel tank did not ignite even after 30+ impacts. I did not expect such a thin material to make such an impact. Is this intended behaviour?

Use API rounds to shoot through an object such as "Shop Shelves" into the fuel tank of a vehicle such as the american transport truck.

Hi Geez, firstly, thanks for the work you do as well as the Arma Reforger team.
By cannot be solved, does this mean it will not be solved for Arma Reforger, or that the team does not know how to solve it?
