Issue Description:
if you use brake to stop, but then truck starts to roll forward, next time you hit gas it acts as brake until vehicle has stopped, then it acts as gas again.
Please include reproduction steps here!!!!
get in transport truck
backup on a hill
let off gas
truck rolls forward
press gas to drive forward
truck will act like brakes are on when you use gas pedal until vehicle comes to a stop, then it works as it should
