Issue Description:
Part of the game's interface is not working correctly.

  1. The "Z" key (hold) responsible for the command "stick out of the hatch" does not work (the default key).
  2. Very often it is impossible to bandage the wounded man's stomach. The menu of the "F" key blocks the bandaging of the abdomen. When you hold the bandage and look at the wounded man's stomach, the "F" button menu appears (blocking the dressing icon).

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Sit in the driver's seat of the APC/BRDM (USSR). Hold down the "Z" key (default). Nothing will happen.
  1. Injure several soldiers so that they get a stomach bleed. Try to bandage your stomach. The menu of the "F" button will interfere with you (you will not be able to perform a bandaging of the abdomen).

In regards to #1
You cannot turn out in the brd/btr as the driver. I have read a previous ticket regarding it and it was deemed intentional by the devs since you could not drive a btr while standing in real life

Yes, that's right, but in real life, the driver uses perescopes. It would be great if the developers took this fact into account in the game too. And if not, why can't you turn the steering wheel with your feet? - it's arcade style))

I primarily play 1PP servers and am pleased to hear the devs are planning implementing periscopes. I'd also like to be able to turn out and lose ability to operate the vehicle so that I could use bino as driver when stopped but alas that would be a feature request and not a bug report
