Geez, I believe the issue is is that some items that are supposed to be waterproof and tough (leather jackets, hunting jackets, military uniforms) get soaked/drenched really QUICKLY, leading to cold, and leading to death.

The raincoat and gorka jackets are OP compared to anything else because they can tank rain eternally, and anything else won't even come near to these two in terms of waterproofness.

Also, small nonvital items get wet really quickly contributing to overall wetness - gloves, military boots, face masks, hats...

[EXP Update 6] Again, i have found a mag, and again have i lost it this way. It is highly frustrating given the rarity of these things.

The magazine weapons are EXTREMELY WONKY in 0.59 and I advise that you recheck them.

Hey Geez. Just went to exp, found a SSh68 helmet. You're right, its no longer repairable (I will assume the other helmets are not repairable as well). Good job, you can close this ticket :)

Hey Geez. I meant the lootable jackets (Riders jacket, leather bomber jacket).

Right now, they are repairable by regular sewing kit, like any other top in game. But, since they are leather jackets, I believe it would be more logical if they were repairable by Leather Sewing kit.

Also, they should become more tougher and waterproof, they offer no advantage to plain hoodie.

I love it how an uninformed person thinks so high about themselves. It is not normal. So I shall "use my brain" and try to illuminate you.

AKS-74U has the identical receiver as the AK-74. It can take ALL attachments with side mount. It is actually a full blown assault rifle that just happens to have a short barrel. It is not a SMG. It is akin to XM177 (M4 back in the days, that we have ingame, and that takes all kinds of scopes) used to be a shortened M16A1 (that is confirmed to come in the future). I personally do not even care about using PSO or Kashtan on it now, I would like a holo sight like Kobra, or NV scopes that might eventually come to be mountable.

Also, I must disagree about your idea regarding "balancing", you have the UMP that fires .45 tactical nukes that have health damage identical to Mosin (higher than 5.45), and can take an ACOG. And all kinds of attachments beside it.
