As stated above.

Since the UMP only spawns at US heli crashes, I believe it would be logical to only see the mags there. It is not a military weapon, especially not a postsoviet-military weapon.

Also, it is highly dissapointing, when searching for the elusive AKM/AK74 mag, to find an exotic mag for such an exotic gun in relative abundance.
