The military barracks (the ones with 4 rooms and a bathroom)and the Military gatehouses (small building usually at the entrance of the military compounds) will spawn "Medical" tagged items (nurse coats, scrubs, epi pens, paramedic clothes) instead of the "Military" tagged items.

I consider this to be a CLE related bug, please rectify it.
