The new roadblocks that are close to Pavlovo base and NWAF (also elsewhere on map) should spawn items.

A can of food, a helmet, an empty/half full mag occasionally. Some loose military ammo. TTsKO jacket. Gas mask. You know, stuff like that. It would also make sense to see a military zombie or two around there.
