Chain link fence is not loading the texture with alpha channel between 100 m and 10 m

Description

As stated above. Likely you are missing a mipmap of the texture assigned to that specific LOD. See screenshot.

At cca. 100 m distance, the fence is okay. When i move in closer, it appears white as on the screenshot. It fully loads when i get in at less than 10-15 m.

Steps To Reproduce

Run towards some place that is fenced off with chain link fence. Notice how it turns solid nontransparent white at cca. 100 m.

Run closer. Notice how the texture loads back in at around 10 m.

Additional Information

This issue appeared at 0.55 I believe, but it keeps persisting and nobody seems to have reported it. Multiple friends of mine confirmed it. So, it'd be my pleasure to report it.
