I have been checking out the first build of 0.56, and I have not noticed the following items despite ardent and thorough looting of the whole map (starting from Berezino - Krasnostav - Novy Sobor - Stary Sobor - Veresnik Base - NWAF - Vybor - Pustoshka - Zelenogorsk - Green Mountain - Rogovo - Nadezhdino).
Items in question that do not spawn are:
-Cooking Pots (probably pans too)
-Sewing Kits
-Leather Sewing Kits
-SVD magazines
-Hunting Scopes

I find that some of these items should be fairly commonplace (save for SVD equipment), and that their spawn frequency should be looked into.
I couldnt find an axe at all. Also searched in smaller villages ... Then I arrived on the NWAF, and in the firefighter building there were two firefighter axes, but also 10-15 Firefighter helmets.
They should also add a craftable axe

I have also seen the first three items on your list. I think you're probably correct on the last two. I think the hunting scope not being in-game may be intentional for the time being. Hicks commented on a streamer's TS last night that if their opponent had a Model 70, he must be using iron sights.

We have checked our server logs for spawned items and all of the items you have mentioned are spawning correctly.
