The sense of speed is incorrectly communicated to the player.
Trucks may flip at 70 km/h, hower the real issue is that:
Player is unable to sense the speed of in-game vehicles as they would in real life,
which is a problem because the game simulates reality, where driving at 70 km/h,
it's possible to flip a truck.

The real issue is the slow zooming speed using a scroll wheel,
it's way too slow and it takes a long time to get to the max zoom level!

Pip scope view distance could be an option.

You may want to use PreferredViewDistance method before this two (keep it to the same distance). I've got some crashes without doing so.

Using my own mod, using the following command to change view distance, you can use the debug console in the workbench to execute the view distance
The command for view distance:

// example 5000 view dsitance)
GetGame().GetWorld().SetViewDistance(5000);
GetGame().GetWorld().SetObjectViewDistance(5000);

Then when someone wants to use MOD A and MOD B, they should be using a different version which is compatible or a optional add-on version.

Yes, armor can have a shock multiplier, you go unconscious when your shock health goes below 25 and regain consciousness when it reaches 50.
Bullets have a shock health regen modifier, 308 has 5x modifier, so if you are hit by a .308 round and your shock goes below 25, you go unconscious and wake up 5x faster compare to being knocked out by melee.
Also consider that sometimes the shock health only goes to 24, sometimes to 0(0 is the floor), depending on armor and previous shock health and bullet, which will also affect unconscious times (having to regain 24 shock vs having to regain 50 shock).

Weapons don't indefinitely recoil upwards in real life and pulling the mouse down in a straight line doesn't take much mechanical skill in terms of computer gaming.
9000 hours in a game doesn't reflect the players ability to learn or adapt to new mechanics.

It just seems like your specific use case requires the randomizer to give you an actually random number.

Try adding a fps limit to the server and see if that circumvents the problem!
It does for me, but this does not fix the problem as running the server at limited fps is not ideal
