PIP Scopes have less draw distance than 2D/player view

Description

When viewing things through the PIP sniper scope at a very high distance it is occluded by fog (lower draw distance)
Enabling 2D scope does not have this problem

Steps To Reproduce

Set draw distance to 4000 or higher ingame
Place player unit (Sniper) on a high mountain and use scope on the furthest away terrain

Additional Information

Steam build 0.9.5.51
Graphics preset: Ultra / Low tested
Draw distance: 5000
Nvidia 3080 with 512.95 drivers

I hope it's possible to add more options for this!
Pip scope view distance could be an option.
I also think the PIP should have quality options or a resoultion slider.

I would also suggest an option which will SWTICH the scope PIP with the normal world render (the unzoomed area around the scope).
This means PIP(lower quality/secondary render) would be the outer area, while the scope itself should be the main render.

This would provide higher quality vision of the most important thing(INSIDE THE SCOPE),
while allowing lower quality settings for PIP view(OUTSIDE OF SCOPE),
blur effects to mitigate the lower quality pip render even further to allow for more performance friendly options.
