I enabled some debuggers (windows + alt)
Then I was looking up some things in the resource browser,
THEEEN I assume some of the thumbnails were being generated and they had the debug UI on them as well.

Steps To Reproduce
- load in to world editor game mode
- enable a bunch of debuggers (I used projectile debuggers)
- Stop game mode in world editor
- look up resources that have not been loaded (no thumbnail)
- thumbnail will have debug on it
