About effects inside of vehicles:
We almost have no idea the window is breaked or not, it should be clearly visible from inside, and we should have limited visibility to the outside view. Now we can see through broken glass like its not broken.

Sounds inside vehicles - please increase the volume from the outside sounds, or give me free hand to do this - i can do this for you. Player should hear choppers and every explosion, sound when he is inside car/mrap/truck/chopper(in cargo)/boat. (when there is no helmet limiting outside volume or heavy armor)

Sounds in opened vehicles/without doors should be clear.

In a infantry simulator game, this should be number 1 to fix,and this is repored since year, since version 1.32 (we have 1.52 now). Thats only my opinion.

Or create fire geometries without "armor" - not changing trajectory at all - speciall group of FG for vegetation. How it was working before they applied it?

I can only imagine this situation in real. Soldiers would be armored with bushes like here:

Wow. Bohemia stated on some changelog they added some interior hit sounds. As Laxemann sayed, soundguy from BIS is working hard on new features. I really hope he wont mis that one, beacuse current state is.... joke. I remember when every round hitted my tank was hearable, now i get only red status and thats all. Can you remember ACE 2 tank hit sound? Heard attack guaranteed. This with car horn is very annoying too, it was reported before many times. I can understand they have many work, but seriosuly, these sounds are already in game, they need change 2 numbers in 2 lines per sound. FOR ME IT WOULD TOOK MAX 5 MINUTES, to simply increase db of each sound. How such big company like yours cannot deal with this?

I remember this behavior in arma 2.
Its beacuse gunner in offroad is like commander place. AI obey orders from commander place no matter if they are in your group or not.
Dont see need to change that.

OK, but please give us some sign you are doing something in that case.

Situation from 5 minuts ago. Rocket flying towards me - i've got 4-5 seconds to reverse, order to ai, pushing smoke cover, and what - ai rotating tank, 5 seconds is too few. Please fix it, ITS UNPLAYABLE, No AI nearby, just standing behind the house! Situation like this is making Arma 3 bad in my memory, even worst simulator i've played.

Agree ^^^. Its dark side of game, and Developers are acting theire is no problem........ This is why i'm looking for other game right now to play. Beacuse Arma 3 will never get its potential - never seen so much waste. I WAS checking daily here but now i'm not, its sensless. Christmass break, then gaian new features instead of fixing issues - am i talking to the wall!?

PS: Ticket is still "resolved" - how you dear Bohemia......

OK, but look once again at the video. Author writed what to change to get it working properly. There is some zone around the vehicle - just make it smaller, so AI will not detect any friendly and obstacles. For now, if there is something up to 7 M from tank, it will not reverse. Now Arma world is full of objects - how i can command it properly?

To be clear - there not must be second tank - it can be infantry as well, and your tank will spinning around too.

Impossible - it not work since i remember. Try in city. I wouldnt report this if it would be fixed - get in tank as commander, order revrese command [S]. Heh, "resolved"....... God, you see and you dont react....

As an Extank crew from Poland (ended 2 months ago) i saw abrams and other US and German, even British hardware - ticket author have 100% right. Same gouse to helicopters they should sound much louder and longer.

I have problem with that also, how long must be the distance betwen waypoints? Isnt this little odd? Behavior of heli varies if its type, so i need to put some specific behavior? For example on modded MI-24 (assault chopper) what behavior i need to put? I dont remember this in arma 2.....

God... just saw that "2 year old" and i lost hope it will be fixed. BTW heli is reacting very strange for enemy infantry, its almost impossible if you are infantry to get attention of enemy heli, 2 mags is barely enough. About waypoints - heli is circling around first waypoint (as Fluit sayed) and most often crashing on trees (chernarus)..... What a joy from gameplay, wow! I almost shit myself ......

They applied new sound "system" but it require to tweak all sounds. This "system" isnt finished yet, but all audio need tweaking - interior sounds in vehicles - i can hear anything from outside, even in civilian car, can hear when my tank get hit, and thunder is makin me laugh. Just tweak a db a bit please.

Totally agree, only people playing multiplayer complained about too loud vehicles, beacuse they "didnt heared anything from other players". Only one question is coming to this problem - is this simulator or arcade game? Gameplay over realism dont fit into the simulator game. I hear many air machines daily - choppers, planes - and those vehicles are hearable from very far, VERY f*king far, in arma you hear it when its too close/too late for escape.

Yeah, it looks like they are gonna remove animation, and use blood splash effect. Add the community modders (maybe some animation in future) and we will have wide field of hit effects/animations soon. Looks like nightmare is going to finish.

Too much limitations... Why action will be canceled when player moves? Did some of you ever used RPG-7? Reloading it its fast and easy and doesnt require crouching. Making it more complicated will waste whole joy and realism from AT oprtaions. You will be allways dead....

Only way to het this is install ACE as i see - it disable Action Menu ;)

I would love to see volumetric lighting (i know its present in arma 3) including volumetric SHADOWS. It would be nice feature for most realistic aspect of graphics. But first Bohemia need to tweak a litthe CPU/GPU optimalisation so shadows would be calculated on GPU only. That would give CPU some breath while the game uses it the most.

Yesterday your agrument was broken on my gameplay. They wont follow formation at all. Weapon rised, slow walk and "where are you"..... Thats all about formation keeping, on bloody desert, without ANY enemy. Off course tried all behaviors. That was beacuse after enemy attack, their animation simply freezed. They forgot to put their weapon down and run.

Dear devs, just create simply module, script command, ANYTHING to disable ambiend wildlife. Rabbits everywhere, snakes coming out from houses, its really enough reasons to destroy gameplay and immersion of game. I live near forest - even i didnt saw so many rabbits in this wet, green place - and game is at Grecee, how is this possible they have more snakes and rabbits?
