I see in log that game doesn't have permission create files in your profile folder which is usually here: c:\Users\username\Documents\Arma 3\
Could you try run Launcher as administrator?
You can try copy you folder files to another location (outside of C drive) and set patch to this profile via this parameter https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/-profiles. This is possible set in Launcher in advanced parameters or start Arma 3 game executable with parameters which you need.

Yes, I had exactly the same issue as dmorchard , on the second run through I tried, thats the furthest I managed to get in any attempt

Turns out that to reproduce the issue it is basically a matter of pretty much just touching the game Launcher until it crashes. The game did launch before the launcher crashed in this occasion, so I am able to play it (at least SHOULD BE).

further testing shows that whenever an engine starts in the new GM vehicles or any other modded vehicle its an instant crash

@Bohemia I just moved down the street and IPv4 is no longer supported for non business accounts. My "kind of expensive" server now only serves as a web browser. Please make this IPv6 thing work. If anyone knows how to make it work, let me know. I don't want to set up some LAN link as I want the server to be public again. I'm really sad that I cannot play my favorite game.

Hello, I got the same error today with an AAF Jet and around 5 minutes of flight.

Is there any update on this? I have just reinstalled Arma 3 on a new machine, and I hit the same error when flying a helicopter (Blackfoot).

Reinstalling the audio drivers appears to have solved the issue.

Hi, I'm having a similar issue as well. The M13 sometimes do not get to its destination because it gets stuck against a tree while on the way.

Real needs to be done as suggested, I think.

Further testing is suggesting that it may be vehicle related, been trying to drive the new GM vehicles in the editor/virtual arsenal, whenever an engine starts i crash, will do some further testing with the base game vehicles

I do not use a USB headset, and I do likely not have the latest audio drivers. I'll try updating them.

I use drivers from microsoft and I have a usb headset that I use for the game.

I'm having the same/similar issue. After clearing the first town I got onboard the APC as directed but it failed to get to its destination. It did figure-eights around the boarding location for a few minutes then finally "broke free", traveled maybe 50 or 100 m down the road and then just stopped. I can't exit or change seats, I'm just stuck.

The solution is known. Instead of a "server only" module trying to execute some weird EG (effect global) commands, it could be far more efficient to run a script locally, at least for destruction which is not supposed to evolve during game. the module must be global.

I was able to call in the helicopter and destroy it after it had landed, then returning to complete the mission. No crash on RC 1.92.
Can you confirm if you are able to reproduce this crash on the new Release Candidate v1.92, or is it fixed?
