As stated in SITREP #00059 (https://dev.arma3.com/post/sitrep-00059) Bohemia intended to decrypt EBO files after a DLC package was released. With the release of Global Mobilization and its focus on ease of modification for the modding community I request that Bohemia release files under encryption (example: Nyx vehicle).
