Hi,
I cannot reproduce on my pc, do you have some video of this issue?
Do you have this issue in vanilla version of the game without mods?
Do you have up to date your audio drivers?

I've had the same issue as have other players in my little happy group. The videos I've attached are Arma 3 with the Western Sahara, Reaction Forces and Global Mob CDLCs running, zero mods. PLEASE GOD TURN YOUR VOLUME DOWN BEFORE WATCHING THEM.
To complicate things, it doesn't happen all the time. First person inside the vehicle is fine but outside near a vehicle or in third person, it happens.
Additionally (!), restarting the game sometimes fixes it. Have had entire playthroughs where it is not a problem.
