Your game/OS data might be corrupted. Try the potential solutions mentioned here:

I get the same thing when I get in a Vic apart of the cup Vehicle mod same code
reyhard
it can be partially solved by adding weaponLockDelay. @kuloodporny was testing it on PSZ mod
Does it crash without a mod?
Is this your crash file?
no not yet. Tried again last night and crashes every time. Tried to unload all mods and restart. Still crashes randomly after about 5-10 minutes of gameplay. Played and finished this game about 7 years ago and no issues at all.
this has also happened to me have you encountered a fix?

apart from showing topdown on UI, it doesn't show it in weapon UI
The changes to firemode were post 2.06, so I cannot confirm or deny how it was pre 2.06, but I can definitely tell you this has nothing to do with persistent firemode. Will I fix it? Don't know, apart from showing topdown on UI, it doesn't show it in weapon UI and it doesnt do topdown attack if you fire AP. So it is cosmetic at this point unless you could prove otherwise.

Understood and thank you for the explanation.
indeed, but if we could take full advantage of the new Enfusion engine, it could be done.
after all dayz, is a hybrid of old and new technology, it would be enough to pass it has 100% on the new engine Enfusion with which I think the creation of tunnel and under ground and possible.
Same in 2.06

Thank you for reporting the problem.
I was able to confirm the issue.
I am hoping this sounds like a feature request that would not only benefit ARMA 3 performance

This seems happen on every air vehicle. (While you are in air ?)
This was work before update 2.08, most likely broken by recent updates.

That is really kind, thank you very much dedmen! I'm sure this new error message will be useful for people like me who are too greedy in the editor haha.
I really appreciate your feedback on this subject, as I didn't knew about those limits. I'm now happy to be aware of that, as it was frustrating.
Thank you again!

Fixed in 2.08 v8
Thanks
Arma 3 writes many different files during operation, settings, persistent data, error logs etc. By the looks of it that service does not support every file write, not sure why they would refer you to Arma 3 developers tbh
Fixed next week dev-branch/profiling

no, the customize UI is not saved.
if I create a new profile, it will be saved, but the settings and campaign progress will not be saved

thanks a lot, i will try it
today was released the hotfix 2.08... I had naively the hope that our problem would be solved.. I read the changelog and... NOTHING!
@NeilZar thanks!
So far I have had no crashes! I played the game for over an hour last night. I even walked away and left it running for a while to see if it would crash. No problems! I'm leaving the "-cpuCount=1" start parameter. I'm guessing that is helping. FYI, I'm still running the game in 64 bit.
It saves into user profile. can you customise your UI via game options? does it persist when you play again?
Here's my Crashlogs
After some cursory digging through the relevant code, it seems to me that configSourceMod provides the mod class that modParams currently accepts. I'll do some more digging, but it seems that it will need some more work than just allowing modParams to accept the output of configSourceMod.
