Steps To Reproduce
- enter the game through geforce now
- make custom control settings
- launch a campaign
- make a save in the campaign
- exit the game and close the session in geforce now
- enter the game through geforce now
- see that there is no save and the control settings have been reset

Geforce Now tech support told me to write to Arma 3 tech support.

no, the customize UI is not saved.
if I create a new profile, it will be saved, but the settings and campaign progress will not be saved

Arma 3 writes many different files during operation, settings, persistent data, error logs etc. By the looks of it that service does not support every file write, not sure why they would refer you to Arma 3 developers tbh
