When in the commander's sight is used in the Rhino, the bearing marker is based on the vehicle's orientation in the Picture in Picture interior view rather than the actual compass bearing in the normal sight.

Steps To Reproduce
Board Rhino in commander's seat
In interior view, observe object off to side of vehicle, observe given bearing near top of sight being relative to front
of vehicle
Go into normal sight by right clicking, observe bearing relative to proper compass bearing, as would be seen while on foot.
For further confirmation, compare to bearing given by GPS UI window.
