My problem is this:

Initially, everything worked for me, most recently I reinstalled Windows and after that I cannot publish my work in Steam Worshop.

The screenshot literally says "Process error. Steam operation failed"

I've never had this problem before, I've reinstalled the game to no avail.

I also set up the Windows firewall, but it didn't work.
