The last parameter is a selection in geometry it is not a memory point. It would be hard to check if the player is looking at a specific point of an object. It must be an area.

I am unable to recreate the issue. I tried following your steps to reproduce, but it seems you got the order mixed. Because enabling Extended Map Content - Mines: On, needs to be done before creating an MP mission. You can't do it in game during the mission.
The reason is performance if you have a computer powerful enough then you have a larger view distance from the get go.
A screenshot would be nice so that we can see what happens with the PIP. Also if it is a problem of ACE3 it might be good to contact the mod makers as well for a solution.
Have you tried some of these possible solutions?

I am unable recreate the situation I went into the editor and edited the loadout of the Blackfoot and I can fire all of the weapons more than once even when I switch between them. Could you please create a video and upload it here so that I can see what you are exactly doing?

It has been some time since our last contact and there have been a couple of updates of the game. Could you please tell us if the game still crashes with the current version of the game?

A video would be nice. Since we do not have all of the headsets that can be used I will try to at least simulate your settings., so could you please send me your headset settings?
There was a couple of updates of the game since our last communication. Could you please let us know if the crashes still persist?
Right now I have no info about the progress of this issue I will try to ping the programmers and see if anything can be done.
This is already fixed in our internal build try it out in our next dev build, it should be there. Once there is a new RC with the fix I will close this ticket.
I was unable to recreate the issue either in our Internal or Stable build. Are you sure that it always happens? I was able to shoot down planes according to the to our PIP(predicted impact point) with no problem.
BIS_enableRandomization cannot be used for units placed from the editor.

We never told you to play without keyboard and mouse. Gamepad means controller. We are trying everything because the error 0xC0000005 - STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION is a mix bag it could be caused by a lot of things. Which reminds me.

I tested it and from what I can tell it is really rare. I am able to hit the target with Laser guided shells. So it doesn't always happen there is no 100% repro.

I managed to reproduce it. Though I am suspicious of the steering that it might have damaged the helicopter. Created a ticket and we will see what can be done.
The only thing that comes to mind right now that had same simptoms even rpts was an issue with USB headsets. For some reason some USB headsets just crashed the game. Users claimed that after unplugging their headset the crashing stopped.

As dedmen said please disable -noLogs and crash the game again and send us a report so that we can see what was going on before the crash.
Ok. So you unplugged the game pad and it still crashes. Upload a new report and we will have a look at the dumps if they can tell us something new.

Yeah well you report has no dumps that we can use. From what I can tell the game just abruptly stops once it gets to your joystick.

Dunno why you are surprised @dedmen. This is a steam issue so there is nothing we can do about it. User found a solution thus it is case closed. No point in keeping it opened.

In our internal build it doesn't happen. Might be that in the last development build something went wrong. When the next dev build is out could you please test it?
To my knowledge in the vanilla game in-game dynamic loadout should not work. The only way you can change loadouts is in the editor.
I tested it on the latest build that is released and everything seems to work you can ID all of the mines.
Could you be a little more specific? I am not sure what the issue is. You are mentioning a damaged helicopter and that it wasn't damaged, but what helicopter do you mean? Is it as a helicopters in general or is it a helicopter in a mission, showcase etc. I need a little more details.

It says you need another earlier update before you can install this one, click on the link and proceed as instructed.

Yes the issue does happen but it only happens when you land Marko's body on the graves if he would be on the ground then you could trigger the memory.

Could you please try if the crash occurs without mods(if you can) so that we can rule out the mods being the cause?

Ok I finally found the correct repro. Ticket was created we will see what the programmers can do about it.
Changed it to reviewed we are looking into the issue and are working on it.

Wipeout should be tougher than other planes and we were able to shoot them down with no problem. There is a slight issue that Wipeouts individual parts like the engine, controls etc. are more resistant than they should, but we will have a look at that.

I see that in some of your rpts you have mods enabled normally disabling some of the mods should fix the issue however if the crash occurs even after disabling mods, you might want to look at this reddit thread where a user was dealing with a similar issue

What are you doing when the crash occurs are you playing multiplayer or doing something else?
