Normally PIP screens should be black when PIP is disabled, but here some screens became transparent and now produce unpleasant visuals. This is very visible on Hunter GMG/HMG and all Strider variants.

Steps To Reproduce
0. Disable PIP.
- Go to Editor.
- Place Hunter GMG / HMG or any Strider.
- Go to gunner / commander seat.

This bug appeared after I enabled PIP and then disabled it again. Before it was WAI. I tried verifying game cache, reinstalling video drivers, changing nvidia settings, resetting shader cache, using dev branch - nothing works. Here's dxDiag
