Hello.

Please, re-install .NET Framework 4 with the latest available version (currently 4.7 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=55167)

That should solve the problem.

It says you need another earlier update before you can install this one, click on the link and proceed as instructed.
