the problem was solved (so far) after a fresh installation of the game. deleting everything incl. removing registry entries.
ahh shit now that vanilla arma isn't crashing i guess my ticket is moot... ?

Cant upload the file for some reason, here is a dropbox link, it is my own personal dropbox.
Narrowed it down to 1 file which is attached. It is an old mission file, can you have a look at it please and let me know what the issue is?
I've never had this issue with these mods before but I was using different hardware as I have recently upgraded, my best guess is arma doesn't like my ram, bios and titan or any combination of the latter drivers included. I was just hoping it was not exclusive to my particular setup.
This crash was not reproduced using multiplayer thus there is no mdmp file which would only be created if the crash was in mp, correct? the multiplayer crash is harder to reproduce or I have some how fixed that part of the issueas i am not crashing in wasteland now but the single player mission with rhs, ace 3 and alive is still crashing which you have all the data in those two files contained in the Crashlog zip file. I will upload the mission as well.

HMMMM, that file extension doesn't exist.
Same issue on all of the official zeus servers, even post update 1.66. Not having this issue on other Zeus missions. On the "Master..." Zeus missions, all of the generic objects found under units of every variety (weapons, equipment, signs, structures, walls, weapon attachments, furniture, all "things" except explosives and mines, etc) are missing. The prelisted compositions (camping sites and the premade bases/fobs) are also missing.

@Bl4st, the Crashlog.7z that you provided does not contain a arma3.mdmp file. Was an arma3.mdmp file created alongside the other two files in %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Arma 3? If yes then could you provide the file? It is important that the developers have access to all three of the crash dump file types.

I heard of others aswell having this problem. On the big ArmA patch I clicked "leave controls as they are" so nothing would be changed... maybe that caused a bug? It actually IS possible when spamming mouse, after 5-20 fast clicks or so it WILL ultimately zoom in, same spamming needed to zoom out again...
I have noticed that if I startup my game before the launcher crashes the launcher doesn't crash until after the game closes. Not sure if this is helpful or not.

Did some quick testing and got feedback from the community. Everything seems good with those who are running the hot fix. *ThumbsUp*
oh, I found that the games either losers pointers or dismisses block of RAM it uses. At least I get an error message, that it tries to access a certain part block of RAM which it cannot find.
I have been seeing the same issue with paramRevive.hpp on a mission. works well on SP and MP but on dedicated server (linux) leads to problems, If I don't remove that line or the mission containing that line I can't use the server at all.
I'll verify integrity, as a last resort as I've never had a problem in the past except during initial alpha/beta releases.

It seems more stable with the steam overlay turned off, but I still experience crashed, all though not as frequent.
Hey. I had the exact same issue with my image. A reupload of the the logo with no shadows fixed the issue for my guys. Does the file you are trying to upload contain any such shadows?

Tested on 1.66 and dev in the editor with no mods.
Ive tried Clean installing windows 10, changing page file system allocated and custom ssd allocation. reinstalling mods, Arma 3. Ran Dwardens profiling branch, not overclocking changing the memory xmp profile to none and back, updated bios rubbed my belly and patted my head. ect... the one thing I have not done is what you are hopefully going to ask me to do that fixes the issue.
Control Keys checked? I think this may be an overlay of keys with different tasks.
Mission on the server may have the keys for the other teams, too, must be taken into account.
I have no problem with the zoom. There were problems in other keys.

Can be closed, as campaign creator made his own script causing the bug.

Please make sure you have the latest version of the game installed and don't forget to verify the integrity of the game cache after the update.

@Lenny91, is there also a arma3.mdmp file? If so then could you archive (zip) all three files (arma3.rpt, arma3.bidmp, and arma3.mdmp) and attach them to the feedback tracker? It is very important that the developers have access to all three crash dump files.

I finally got some time to test things a bit more. I can confirm its the mission we have on the server but this mission worked fine prior to this bug report. So something with BIS Revive must be causing the issue. Any other guidance on the revive error?

@fonstec, Epoch is a community-made mod meaning that Bohemia Interactive (BI) cannot provide direct support. You may like to report this issue to the markers of that mod.
For an equivalent usability this replacement needs one more feature - the damagestates themself need to be usable as animation sources in model.cfg, like the Hitpoints currently are.
