The popup message should always say something like : "See .rpt file for full error message". I guess many folks forget about that or don't know it.

Just had this crash again. Playing on one of the Official Warlords server, and again while flying the Y-32 Xi'an.
Would it be possible to get a response from one of the devs on this issue? It's been in the game for quite some time now and makes flying impossible for those who are encountering it. Thank you.

Below is the saved game file taken just before the quadbike disappears from cargo. From that save point, I pass through the CSAT checkpoint and just after passing the CSAT checkpoint, the quadbike disappears from cargo.
