I'm playing Arma 3 from longtime but this is the first time i experience such issue. I try to search online but found nothing.
I can join the game alright but can't host :(
Just to add one little note, i have reinstalled game a week ago but error still persist also the game version is current build.
Hello,
Thank you for reporting the issue.
We need crash dump files from this folder to analyze your problem.
C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local\Arma 3\
Can you upload somewhere in winrar package, please?
Archive smaller than 5000 KB can be attached directly to the ticket. For bigger archives, please use some free sharing service and post link here.
How to find correct crashdump file:
Try to make the crash happen
Look into crashdump folder
Upload crashdump with latest date in name (crashdump is rpt + bidmp + mdmp file with same name). Please try to provide as many crashdumps as possible, it helps us investigating the problem in a big way.
Thank you.
Hello,
thank you for the response. It is necessary for you to try running Arma without any mods. If the crashes still happen then, please send another crashdumps.
If the crashes stop (on Arma without mods), please try to activate mods one by one until you find out which one causes the crashes.
Mods are not official content from Bohemia Interactive and it is very likely that the CTDs you are experiencing are caused by collisions between two or more mods.
Please let us know, thank you.
Hi,
I gave another try to run game without mods and same result game crashed with same error, I've attached fresh crash dump which generated just while ago.
Guys any update on this?
The .MDMP file was not generated from the crash and .RPTs are empty too. Could you please upload more crashdumps files if the issue occurs again? The .mdmp files are not generated if the game crashes due to drivers issues or there is something wrong with windows. Thank you for your feedback.
I have uploaded fresh crash dump which generated while ago, I was hosting the server with friends all the time but the problem only started in June 2015. Also i can join internet server as well as private servers without any issue and i dont get error in any of my other games on multiplayer so i dont think there's anything wrong with any of my drivers.
Note: I just look into .bidmp file and i seen mission name with required addons which is weird because game crashes before it gives me option to select map and mission.
I was expecting much more professional support but unfortunately I'm disappointed with your poor response and only because of this i'm experiencing errors since the day i reported
Still no .mdmps. Unfortunately they are quite important to identifying the issue. Usually mdmp files are not generated if there is an issue with the Operating system or theg ame gets closed too quickly.
I have the same problem since a weeek ago. Before this i always host some Lan game without any problem. Do i have to send you crash dump to or create another thread.?
Problem fixed as reported by 'bax498' there was definitely buggy PBO mpmission file not sure exactly which one but i just deleted all of them ;)
